Cleanroom Static Dissipative Shawl Cap: AG0812
Description: It is made of antistatic fabric, which is composed of 98% Polyester and 2% Carbon Fiber. It could provide continuous and consistent charge dissipation.
Applications: ESD protection in Microelectronics, Semi-conductor. It can be used in CALSS10～100 clean room with anti-static jumpsuit, mask and boots.
Features:
1) It is designed to protect against static and dust build-up.
2) It has a top dome and options mesh fabric on both ears side if needed. It opens at front of the cap, and snap-fit with Velcro.
3) It is washable, reusable and wear resistant, could be 50 times washing under correct instructions.
4) With recycle washing and wearing, should check ESD performance regularly.
5) It is widely used in Semiconductor production line, chips, microprocessor, Semiconductor assembling line, PCB products and etc
