Product Description:
This is a dedicated static-dissipating cleanroom wiping fabric made of high-purity polyester filament. It adopts professional antistatic treatment and precision weaving, with sealed edges to eliminate loose fibers. It is a core consumable for anti-static and dust-free production environments.

Built-in conductive fiber or permanent antistatic coating effectively releases static charge, prevents static buildup, avoids electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage to sensitive electronic components, and meets industry antistatic standards.

Constructed with continuous long polyester filaments instead of staple fibers; laser or ultrasonic sealed edges stop fraying and fiber shedding. Minimal particle and fiber residue after wiping.
3.Low Ionic & Non-Volatile Residue (NVR)
Processed with multiple cycles of purified cleanroom washing, free of silicone, fluorescent agents and excess chemical residues. Low ion extraction will not corrode circuit boards or precision parts.

Long filament polyester delivers outstanding tensile and tear resistance. It withstands repeated scrubbing with solvents without breaking or shedding fibers.
5.Good Liquid Absorption & Solvent Compatibility
Absorbs IPA, alcohol, flux, neutral cleaners and other common industrial solvents quickly. Stable performance when wet or dry.
